A family recipe passed down for generations, our authentic cakes are made with a traditional fruit medley which is steamed and then soaked for a year in a beautiful mixture of rum and wines, then pureed to a silky-smooth texture before baking to an indulgent cake. (2 lbs., 8” round pan).

 

Ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, alcohol-soaked fruits (raisins, cherries, prunes), cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, browning for color, baking powder.
